Financial Accountability

FCAN has a high standard of financial accountability. Our tax returns are on the web for everyone to see at Guidestar. In general, over 80% of your contribution is used for program work, meaning lobbying, organizing, and public education. The balance is used for fundraising expenses and administration.

The State of Florida Guide to Giving maintains a searchable database on Florida non-profits. Verify FCAN's financial data and state registration. FCAN can also be found on Guidestar, which includes links to our 990 tax returns.
